Integration privacy notice
These pages apply specifically to the private QuickBooks integration. They do not replace the store’s broader sales, refund or privacy policies.
This notice describes Blendin Store Quotes’ handling of information for the private QuickBooks integration operated by Blendin Creative LLC.
Information used
We use quote-request names, email addresses, delivery addresses where provided, selected products, quantities, specifications, configured prices and artwork filenames. We access relevant QuickBooks product, customer and estimate records to match products and customers, prepare estimates and verify the saved result. We store the company identifier and authorization credentials needed to maintain the authorized connection.
Purpose and access
This information is used to prepare and review Blendin quotes and support the connection. QuickBooks data is used only for the connected Blendin business, not for advertising, sale, shared data models or generative-AI training by this integration. Private quote details and the connection controls are restricted to the authorized owner account.
Service providers and artwork
QuickBooks Online receives customer and estimate details. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting, owner authentication and storage; Shopify provides the store product catalog. Uploaded artwork remains in private website storage. Estimates contain filenames and an owner-only quote reference rather than publicly accessible artwork download links. This integration does not automatically attach artwork files to QuickBooks.
Security and retention
Authorization credentials are encrypted in server storage and are not included in public page code. Connection access uses owner sign-in. Service providers may process information in different countries; this notice does not promise storage in a single country.
Disconnecting removes the integration’s stored authorization credentials and stops further authorized access. It does not automatically erase existing quote, processing or accounting records. Records may be retained to provide services, resolve issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify your identity and consider recordkeeping requirements. Existing QuickBooks records are managed separately in QuickBooks.
